Panatiko is a gritty, Filipino-inspired 2D survival horror game that explores the terrifying reality of fanaticism and exploitation. You play as Alex, a young woman whose mother has fallen victim to a mysterious and powerful cult operating out of an abandoned mall. Led by Arthur Valdez, the cult lures vulnerable townsfolk with false promises of ayuda (relief goods) while slowly stripping away their freedom and sanity.

Armed with nothing but stealth and the radio guidance of a trapped journalist named Elias, Alex must descend into the heart of the cult's headquarters. To save her mother and stop the cult from claiming her younger siblings, Alex must navigate heavily guarded zones, hack into secure databases, and gather three crucial pieces of evidence to expose the cult's corruption to the entire town.
